Description:
*Motivation*
Due to the fact, that IGNITE-23640 is hard to implement in the suitable amount
of time. So, we need to build the appropriate bridge to call the
DisasterRecoveryManager.resetPartitions from DistributionZoneManager through
the listener on DistributionZoneManager interface.
*Definition of Done*
- Implemented the interface to call the appropriate actions from
DisasterRecoveryManager when the DistributionZoneManager produced the event
about HA zone reset
