Hi @timonin.maksim​ , I was thinking I could pick this up since there has not
been much activity on this. Before that, since this is an open-ended ticket, I
had a few questions.
1. It feels like this needs some amount of consensus on the framework of choice
(I'm thinking of using vert.x). If so, how do I do that? Is it via the mailing
list?
2. Is there a preferred place to ask for help, or can I just comment here /
mail on the list?
