Description: {{RocksDbDataRegionConfigurationSchema}} allows to choose
between two RocksDB cache types: LRU and Clock. However, Clock cache
implementation has actually been removed from RocksDB and the new
implementation, called {{HyperClock}} is still experimental. I suggest to
remove the cache type feature for now, it serves no purpose and complicates the
code.
