Summary: Improve test coverage support of RO TX in past for SQL

During implementation of of ticket IGNITE-17330 were added set of tests.
However added set of tests is insufficient.
Let's add the following test scenarios:
* Any SELECT/DML statements should see results of any previous DML.
* Execute SELECT queries with implicit transaction - shouldn’t be any
additional delay during execution (previously, there was the “safe time” delay
before execution).
* Execute SELECT queries with explicit RO transaction - shouldn’t be any
additional delay during execution (previously, there was the “safe time” delay
before execution).
* Execute a DDL and a following SELECT statement within one explicit RW
transaction. The delay between DDL and the first SELECT query shouldn’t be more
than the “safe time”, any next SELECT query delay should be absent.
In order to remove dependency on planning time, all queries should be warmed up.
