When trying to switch the *DistributionZoneManager* to the catalog, tests were
found for which a lot of work would have to be done to implement the transition
to the catalog.
A lot of similar code was found related to the creation / modification /
deletion of zones in the tests, it is proposed to fix this in this ticket.
