Description:
TxRollbackOnTimeoutNoDeadlockDetectionTest has no failures at CI because Ignite
ignores IGNITE_TX_DEADLOCK_DETECTION_MAX_ITERS property set after it already
set by previous tests (static field).
But, when you run this test separately it fails because transaction will never
become finished on timeout when deadlockDetection is dissabled.
