CatalogSqlSchemaManager uses IgniteCatalogSchema, IgniteSchemaTable,
IgniteSchemaIndex they should be replaces with ones uses by
SqlSchemaManagerImpl IgniteSchema, IgniteTableImpl, and IgniteIndex.
