As of now we have `CatalogServiceSelfTest` unit test and `ItCreateTableDdlTest`
integration test that test negative scenarios. These scenarios are differs.
Let's fix CREATE TABLE command validation in Catalog and ensures scenarios are
the same for unit and integration tests.
