In order to implement undeployment as described in the IEP-103 previously
implemented redeployment has to be disabled. IEP-103 states that it would be
nice to have:
UX. Redeploy. Maybe it will be useful to have atomic undeployment and
deployment of deployment units. But due to the asynchronous nature of the
deployment process it could be hard to implement properly in order to provide
good UX.
