Description: Mapping implemented through reflection call
(IgniteMdFragmentMapping), it`s hard to debug and seems can be implemented more
clear, need to refactor. (was: 1. For sql requests like SELECT
SUBSTRING('text', 1, 3); no need to start implicit tx.
