Description:
*$ ignite3 cluster unit list [<deployment_unit_id>] [--version
<deployment_unit_version>]] [--status [UPLOADING[, DEPLOYED [, …]]]]*
Output example:

| foo.example.job | 1.0.0 | DEPLOYED |
| foo.example.job | *1.0.1 | DEPLOYED |
| foo.example.job | 1.0.2 | UPLOADING |
| foo.example.task | *1.0.0 | DEPLOYED |
The asterisk symbol (*) in the Version column highlights the latest *deployed*
version of a deployment unit on the cluster.
