Rewindability trait was eliminated in IGNITE-18213, and the spool node is no
more participate in query optimisation process. Let's do some research on if
there are such queries which may leverage the table/index spools in order to
speed up the execution, and if they are, let's introduce (perhaps) heuristic
rule to put spool node for such queries.
