For
*org.apache.ignite.internal.table.distributed.raft.snapshot.PartitionAccess*,
we need to define specific simple methods that are needed for snapshots instead
of using *org.apache.ignite.internal.storage.MvPartitionStorage* and
*org.apache.ignite.internal.tx.storage.state.TxStateStorage* directly.
