https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-15211 introduced JUL as the main
logging facility. However, {{slf4j-simple}} dependency is still present in the
{{ignite-client-handler}} module, which leads to undetermined slf4j backend
being chosen at startup. It should be replaced with {{slf4j-jdk14}}.
