[~zstan] it's hard to find metric and threshold for this metric to
automatically suggest one or another page replacement mode. I think the only
metric here will be total system performance, which should be benchmarked on
real data (not synthetic benchmarks), and in these real-data benchmarks
{{SegmentedLru}} can outperform other replacement modes.
