[~YAMolochkov] merge the docs to the "ignite-2.9.1" release branch.
The "ignite-2.9-docs" branch was created only because there is the rule that no
changes can be merged to a release branch such as "ignite-2.9" after a release
happens. While the docs are always updated to address feedback. I'll start a
separate discussion to rethink this rule.
