Did the following:
* Removed Ignite Web Console page mentionings from the website and, in
particular, from the following
page:https://ignite.apache.org/features/management-and-monitoring.html
* Unpublished all the related pages from the readme.io documentation
(https://apacheignite-tools.readme.io/doc). At the same time, those who have a
direct reference to these hidden pages (you can get those by googling for
ignite web console) will see a banner saying that tool is no longer supported
and an alternate solution should be selected:
https://apacheignite-tools.readme.io/docs/ignite-web-console
[~kuaw26], could you please close all the web console associated tickets in
JIRA with "not to be fixed" status and referring to this ticket?
