[~alex_pl] Wow, you are right. I thought IGNITE-12385 and IGNITE-11709 were
done together as part of 1.5.0 protocol version, but cluster group ops did not
make it into Ignite 2.8. Thanks, I'll fix .NET thin client accordingly.
