Hi [~nizhikov], yes, it seems for that case Phase 4 is actual. For main Apache
Ignite release there are a lot of automation, as well as, additional modules
to be released. Almost all of these steps can be skipped.
It may worth to document specific steps that needs to be done for releasing
spring-boot-starter.
