Unmuted tests and fixed usage of {{TestIndexingSpi}}.
{{IndexingSpi}} is now called only if indexing is enabled in
{{GridQueryProcessor}}. To enable the latter we have to set indexed types or
cache type metadata like this

ccfg.setIndexedTypes(Integer.class, Integer.class);

Now some tests are failing because the cache is not fully cleaned up at the end
of a test execution.
