### What needs to happen?
Some issues that you can experience with the Testing plugin:
* When the CSV file on disk has changed versus the data set metadat or vice
versa, the CSV loader library starts throwing out of index errors galore.
* When opening a unit test from the Run Unit Tests action in a workflow, you
open the pipeline but not always the right unit test, if you have multiple
defined for the same pipeline.
* There needs to be a validation function and button in the Dataset Location
Dialog to quickly detect issues with the expected field mapping or sort field
order mappings, the existence of the dataset, whether we can read rows, if the
underlying CSV file exists, ... the work and deliver a check results dialog if
anything is awry.
* Sometimes when you click on a golden data set arrow on the canvas, the
pipeline context menu shows (not expected) and also the dataset location dialog
(expected)
