[~owen.omalley] So the pom.xml updates are straightforward. For the HMS schema
upgrade, should it include an upgrade sql scripts from both 2.2.0 and 2.3.0
releases, or just 2.3.0? What if there are 2.4.0, 2.5.0 ... releases in the
future?
