[~pxiong] I still don't understand: With this change, is the operator id always 
included in the explain json, regardless of the setting for hive.explain.user? 
Is the json object different depending on the setting of hive.explain.user?

As far as your question to [~jdere] goes: They can, but it's difficult to parse 
the vertices and hook things up, and also this isn't always possible (you can 
have multiple operator trees in a single vertex). How hard is it to change the 
"outputname" to point to the actual operator? (Should be simple because we 
break that connection explicitly in TezCompiler when we break the plan into 
tasks.
