I have created a pull request with the implementation of the subtasks under
this umbrella. It can be found in :

[~ashutoshc], could you review it?
I think it would be good if more than one person could take a look at the patch
and review it, even if it is partially, as it is quite large. [~navis], maybe
you would like to take a look too? Any other voluntary reviewers are welcome
too.
