[~spena] It will be good to have schemes come from config with defaults being
s3, since those are currently being tested. Since without being configurable,
will be impossible to test this feature on other blob stores without
recompiling code. I agree since only testing we are doing is on S3 we can add
that in comments/release notes saying this feature is only tested for s3. Once
this gets tested on other systems at that point we can add those in default
config.
