Rebased patch. [~sseth] Can you plz take a look? For the MDC, to inherit
properly inside thread pool we might need a custom executor service that clones
the MDC during thread creation or in beforeExecute. May be after getting
HIVE-13258 committed, I will extend the custom executor service that we already
have to do this.
