[~sershe] Could you please review this patch? The changes in itself are very
small
1) Added "LlapTaskScheduler" as prefix for llap task scheduler metrics as these
run on different hosts than the daemons
2) Renamed hadoop-metrics2.properties.template to
hadoop-metrics2-llapdaemon.properties.template
3) Add hadoop-metrics2-llaptaskscheduler.properties.template file
