The patch implements the additional APIs introduced in Tez to allow the correct
log URL to be set.
I've not put in the override annotations since the hive dependency is on Tez
0.83 - and this was added in 0.8.4
Enhancements in the future - change the URL to point to the actual log
directory if we seprate app logs into a different directory, or to the task
itself if we write out individual task logs.
