[~ashutoshc] Can you please add little description about this issue?
I see 3 problems for this issue
1) Are we not creating empty buckets/files anymore?
2) In case of ORC/Parquet, are we creating empty ORC file (with footer) or 0
length file?
3) Is this addressing the case where 0 length files are not handled by ORC
correctly?
