Rather than slow through committing 10 separate patches I think I'll just
commit the uber patch and mark all the other JIRAs as duplicates of this one.
Breaking up was good so that everyone could see what changes were associated
with what fixes in the rest of the code base. But it will be much easier to go
through the test and commit phase once for all the changes rather than 10 times.
I have already tested the uber.2 patch against all five databases and confirmed
that installation of 1.3, 2.0, and 2.1 succeed and that upgrade from 1.2->1.3
and 1.2->2.0 succeed.
