The [https://ci.hive.apache.org/job/hive-precommit-test/] job is not used. I
suppose it was introduced purely for testing purposes. Probably we can drop it
now.
The [https://ci.hive.apache.org/job/hive-precommit/] is the correct job that is
used in precommits.
