Iceberg 1.3.0 is released. 

Please upgrade the Iceberg dependency to 1.3.0. 

Porting the catalog and handler changes are already in progress, in this 
ticket: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-27306

Please make sure you start to work on this ticket _after_ 1.2.1 is finished. 

Note: during the 1.2.1 catalog changes port, we had to create some extra patch 
files. Please check if the patched files can be removed as well.
