Review Comment:
   Bitvector is either computed for a whole (non) partitioned table, or per 
partition. In the latter case, we might interact with all (or a subset of) the 
partitions, whose stats will be aggregated. 
   
   Bitvector is never used directly, but it's only computed and stored to 
derive the number of distinct values (numDV or NDV).
   
   This said, bitvector is not meant to be used (or even displayed), that's why 
it does not really matter if its value is updated after aggregation, as long as 
it has been correctly computed to derive the correct NDV value.
