Impala has similar support and I used its implementation as a reference. Though
they do not have the FILE keyword in the syntax. I needed to add it to make the
syntax non-ambiguous since PARQUET/ORC/etc are not keywords in hive and I
wanted the option of third-party SerDes to be able to implement this.
