Description:
Using Hive 0.13.1, I do not see database properties when running {{DESCRIBE
DATABASE EXTENDED}} even though [the
documentation|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/Hive/LanguageManual+DDL#LanguageManualDDL-DescribeDatabase]
says you should. To reproduce:

create database test with dbproperties('foo'='bar');
desc database extended test;
{code}
The output I see is
{code}
> desc database extended test;
OK
test hdfs://<host>:<port>/path/to/test.db ahsu
Time taken: 0.019 seconds, Fetched: 1 row(s)
{code}
I do not see the {{foo=bar}} property.
This issue may affect newer Hive versions, too, but I haven't checked.
