@MichaelChirico your last patch attached to Jira had test failures which
might need fixes even in the current upstream state.
Right now the testing infra is being refactored to use Github, but I'm not
sure whether you'd need a new push to this PR to trigger a test. If you
pull+rebase apache/master on your branch and push, you'd probably get a new
test run here.
PRs will only get merged after a green run and a commiter's approval. (I'm
not one, so someone else from the community might help when you have a good
patch)
