[~ngangam] I would argue that regardless of any changes, this should be debug
information. In my experience, I have never used these log lines for anything
useful during normal operation. We can create a separate JIRA to enhance the
log messages, but my gut tells me that these log messages are too verbose for
normal (INFO) level operation.
If performance needs to be measured, there are other places in the code that
use the PERF logger. My SOP here would be to look at the PERF log message for
performance issues and then to turn on only this logger at the DEBUG level to
zero in on the exact issue.
