I agree with the point that paths provided in DDL create statements should be 
absolute.  But how does this change current behavior?  It seems like it should 
at least print out a warning message that it is making the path absolute.  And 
does this fix the issue for databases and partitions too, or will a separate 
fix be needed for those?
