Description:
Following tests are disabled in HIVE-19629 as orc ConvertTreeReaderFactory does
not handle Decimal64ColumnVectors. This jira is to re-enable those tests after
orc supports it.
1) type_change_test_int_vectorized.q
2) type_change_test_int.q
3) orc_schema_evolution_float.q
