This patch updates the stats for selects where there used to be incorrect stats
and now there are no stats for row counts, extends the fix for create table
WriteEntry to also work for default props (mm_default bad update), fixes
replication test via a test bypass (I filed a follow up jira), and addresses a
couple more CR comments
