Hive does not support INT64 timestamps yet. It would be good to add that
support, but it should be in a compatible manner to INT96 I think.
Regarding Java 7 on branch-2. We've been building and testing against Java 8,
and I thought we already made the switch to Java 8 in Hive 2.1, but I don't
recall the exact change back then. How complex is to make changes on the patch
to make it compatible to Java 7?
