[~alangates] The last patch however doesn't have the change that you suggested
to pass a size while creating the cacheStore hashmap to avoid expensive
resizing. The reason is that maxNodes param denotes the max number of value
nodes that can be in the cache and may not match the hashtable size. Let me
know if you think otherwise.
