### What this PR does Adds an explicit hostname override for ThriftServer through `hbase.unsafe.thrift.hostname`. When configured, ThriftServer uses the configured hostname for Kerberos `_HOST` substitution and the SASL server hostname. When it is not configured, the existing `hbase.thrift.dns.interface` / `hbase.thrift.dns.nameserver` hostname discovery behavior is preserved. The implementation extends the existing `DNS.getHostname(...)` mechanism used by Master and RegionServer with a `THRIFT` server type. ### Testing Added a small unit test that verifies the Thrift hostname override is honored without falling back to DNS discovery.
