### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Ship an optional SLF4J 2.x API and Log4j 2 provider in `lib/slf4j2`. Add `--slf4j2` to `classpath` and `mapredcp`, and document how to use it. ### Why are the changes needed? Applications using SLF4J 2.x need a matching API and provider on their runtime classpath.
