I have recently seen SCPs taking more than 10/15/20 min and yet ritCount spikes only when SCP submits TRSP to assign the regions. Having RITs spike for few seconds whereas SCPs taking several min is clearly not providing good picture. I strongly think we should try to decouple RITs from TRSP proc management. The moment when SCP is triggered on a server, all the regions that were previously live on that server should be considered in RIT right from that moment. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
