Saw the discussion in RB, if {{hbase.cleaner.scan.dir.concurrent.size}} is to
added in hbase docs, should we update docs in each related branch?
And RN in HBASE-18398 has the documentation as Yu said.
In fact, i feel perplexed to address new comments when doing backport.
