Resolution: Fixed
Hadoop Flags: Reviewed
Purged a bunch of stale stuff in the doc. Added note on no test allowed take
more than ten minutes. Added note on what ClassRule is. Clarified that
Small/Medium/Large timings are for the whole Test Fixture, not just a test
method (updated the actual doc in the Annotations themselves), etc. Pushed to
branch-2 and master.
