The default value of hbase.client.retries.number is 35. This can be a small
value?
1. For our unit test, if we don't set this, the ut may hang a very long time.
2. In out production use case, some user didn't set this to small value, so
some operation will hang a long time and don't throw the exception. It is hard
for us to debug what happened.
