Checking the report, we could see {{TestMultiTableSnapshotInputFormat}} failed
complaining about "Unable to create region directory", which is resolved by
HBASE-16983 and just created HBASE-17813 to do the backport.
So should be no issue blocking us here (a direct cherry-pick from branch-1
where the patch was carefully reviewed, and no UT issue). Plan to commit this
soon if no objections.
