MasterProcedureTestingUtility.testRecoveryAndDoubleExecution() should stay
because Master procedures will need a different restart operation as soon we
have the new AM, that's why I added the Runnable customRestart argument. so we
can use this as base and have the custom restart in the master. there will be
another patch for that.
